Ma recette pour une quarantaine de beaux petits cookies:
190g de beurre
150g de beurre de cacahuète lisse
150g de cassonade
70g de sucre en poudre
1 oeuf
1 cc de vanille liquide
100g de muesli aux fruits secs
200g de farine
1/2cc de levure chimique
1/2cc de bicarbonate de soude
50g de chocolat noir en petits bouts.
Mélanger les beurres ramollis, en pommade. Ajouter les sucres et mélanger. Ajouter ensuite l'oeuf, la vanille. Enfin, ajouter le muesli, la farine le bicarbonate et la levure. Parsemer de bouts de chocolat.
faire des tas sur un plaque et cuire 15 mn à 160C.
