La pâte:
50g de farine blanche
75g de farine de chataigne
50g de sucre en poudre
1 oeuf
60g de beurre
Malaxer le tout en une boule de pâte, laisser reposer au frigo une heure. Etaler ensuite la pâte et découper des ronds que vous mettrez dans les empreintes à tartelette.
garniture: 2 pommes et confiture de mures
Garnir de lamelles de pommes. déposer dessus une noisette de confiture de mûres. Cuire 30mn à 160°C.
