Gâteau marbré


La recette vient de Chocolat et caetera
260g de farine
1 paquet de levure chimique
225g de sucre
225g de beurre
100g de lait
4 gros oeufs
50g de chocolat
vanille en poudre

Battre le beurre et le sucre jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange crémeux. Ajouter les œufs un par un, tout en continuant à bien mélanger. Ajouter alternativement la farine, avec la levure et le lait, afin de garder une pâte assez souple. Séparer la pâte en deux, ajouter le chocolat préalablement fondu dans l’une des moitiés, et de la vanille en poudre dans l’autre. Faire cuire au four préchauffé à 180°C pendant une heure environ ou jusqu’à ce que la pointe d’un couteau ressorte sèche. Laisser refroidir avant de déguster !
