Courgette ronde farcie au gorgonzola



Ma recette:
pour 2 personnes
4 courgettes rondes
4 tranches de bacon
1 poignée de raisins secs
du gorgonzola (une tranche)
Couper le haut de la courgette pour faire un chapeau. Evider le centre des courgettes à la petite cuillère.Au coeur de la courgette mettre une tranche de bacon, les raisins secs (5 ou 6)et couvrir à ras bords de gorgonzola. Mettre au four à 180° 1 heure. mmmh!
